| Admission Principle |
Followed by the total score of admission. If the score is not reached the admission criteria, the admission quota is reduced. |
| Remark |
- This program is cooperated with the Academia Sinica.
- Each Ph.D. student is directed by teachers in the National Cheng Kung University and the Academia Sinica. After enter a college, each new student should choose its advisor during a semester. Advisor and co-advisor are coordinated by the National Cheng Kung University and the Academia Sinica.
- The student needs 18 credits to graduate (excluding thesis and seminar). According to the transfer credit policy, students can apply the transferred credit hours.
- The graduation requirement is concluded by the executive committee.
- The length of schooling is based on the graduation policy in the Ministry of Education.
- In the first two years, the Academia Sinica provides NT. 24,000 per month.
- Since the third year, the amount of money is based on the research contribution of advisor.
- The name of Ph.D. degree is decided by the Ministry of Education.
